[摘要]目的 评估自体听骨链与人工听骨链治疗慢性中耳炎听力损害的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院及中山大学附属第二医院2014年2月～2016年10月行听骨链重建的慢性中耳炎患者78例的临床资料，按听骨链重建材料分为自体听骨链组(n=47)及人工听骨链组(n=31)。比较两组患者术前及术后6个月的听力改善效果及并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者术前纯音测听骨导、气导听力阈值及气骨导听力阈值差值(ABG)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，人工听骨链组术后6个月的纯音测听骨导、气导听力阈值及ABG均低于自体听骨链组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 人工听骨链重建治疗慢性中耳炎听力损害能明显降低听力阈值，改善听力，具有较好的临床效果。
